1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or purchasing from spendo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. SPENDO is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are governed by our [Return and Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. US customers: refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Dispute Resolution (US Customers) For US customers, any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

7. EU Consumer Rights EU/EEA customers retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPENDO's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. EU customers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
